CHILDREN’S BULLETINS are available for ages 3-6
and 7-12. They contain fun, age-
appropriate activities related to today’s worship. The bulletins, along with pencils or crayons,
can be found on the table in the Narthex, or by asking an usher for assistance.
TODAY’S CONCERNED DEACON is Joyce Beauvais. Wearing a yellow carnation,
she will be available in the Narthex to hear your concerns after the service.

THE NEXT INQUIRERS’ CLASS BEGINS TODAY and runs four consecutive Sundays when on
May 15 candidates will be welcomed into the congregation. If you or someone you
know would be interested in becoming a member, please call the church office.
BIBLE STUDY ON THE
BOOK OF REVELATION BEGINS TODAY! Reverend Leety will lead the study. It
will be held on Sunday mornings in the South Parlor at
FOR 4TH NIGHT TONIGHT we will have an Orthodox Easter Taize service led and cantored by Rev. Jon Siehl and accompanied by Joyce Beauvais and Suzanne Hayes. The L.I.F.T. group will continue our discussion of Colossians, Gnosticism and combating temptation. The Faith and Fiction group will be discussing Heading West by Doris Betts. Come and bring a friend who has never attended a Taize service.
CROSSOVER YOUTH will
participate in 4th Night activities. Meet at the church at
PRESCHOOL SILENT AUCTION. The Preschool would like to thank everyone who participated in the silent auction this past Sunday. It brought in over $4100 and the money will be used for art enrichment activities, playground activities and scholarships.
F.O.O.D. SUNDAY, MAY 1. Our May contributions go to NNEMAP and they have indicated some special needs. They request tea, Kool-aid, baby juice and cereal, disposable razors, deodorant, rice, instant potatoes, flour, canned soups and vegetables. Please place your donated items in the grocery carts in the Narthex. There is an envelope for any cash or check donations.
MAY TOWN MEETING. Be
sure to join Session members for the Town Meeting on May 1 at
OPEN SHELTER LUNCHES. Session members are responsible for preparing the sack lunches for Open Shelter on May 1. Please meet in the kitchen immediately following the worship service. Members of the congregation are encouraged to bake some cookies or brownies or donate fresh fruit such as bananas or oranges as well. Please mark them for Open Shelter and put the cookies in the freezer and bring the fruit that weekend. Thank You!
CIRCLE 3 will meet May 1 after the church service to car pool to Scottie McBean’s for brunch.

GRADUATES. The director of Christian
Education is trying to compile a list of those who will be graduating this
year. This includes Seniors from High School, undergraduate studies, Master
Degrees, etc. We will recognize these scholars during the worship service on
