FOR YOUR INFORMATION

CHILDREN’S BULLETINS are available for ages 3-6 and 7-12.  They contain fun, age- appropriate activities related to today’s worship.  The bulletins, along with pencils or crayons, can be found on the table in the Narthex, or by asking an usher for assistance.

TODAY’S CONCERNED DEACON is Joyce Beauvais. Wearing a yellow carnation, she will be available in the Narthex to hear your concerns after the service. Stop by and say hello.

THE FELLOWSHIP COMMITTEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR JOYTIME TODAY. During the summer months our Preschool – Grade 6 children gather after the word for children in Rooms 101-102 for Joytime instead of Sunday School. The curriculum is based on a rotation system with the story, craft, music and snack relating to a different theme every 4 weeks. All committees of the church are assigned a week.

NEW BEGINNINGS, a group for all singles, will meet in the South Parlor today immediately following the worship service for a potluck luncheon. Even though you may have forgotten to prepare a dish, you are welcome to attend.

ORGAN REPAIRS CONTINUE. We anticipate that the organ will be out of service for at least two weeks (August 15-29), and that it will be ready for use in worship on September 4 or 11.

THE MEN’S BREAKFAST GROUP meets at 7:30 a.m. this Wednesday, August 21 at Scottie McBean’s in Clintonville. All men are welcome to join us.
