CHILDREN’S BULLETINS are available for ages 3-6 and 7-12.  They contain fun, age- appropriate activities related to today’s worship.  The bulletins, along with pencils or crayons, can be found on the table in the Narthex, or by asking an usher for assistance.

 

TODAY’S CONCERNED DEACON is aHHa wearing a yellow carnation, she will be available in the Narthex after worship to hear your concerns.

 

EASTER COMMUNION. All are welcome at the Lord’s table. As on all communion Sundays, the loose offering goes to the Board of Deacons for their continuous work.

 

NEW BEGINNINGS, a group for all singles meets today in the South Parlor for a potluck luncheon immediately following the worship service. Even though you may have forgotten to prepare a dish, you are welcome to attend.

 

NO CHOIR & HAND BELL REHEARSALS OR YOUTH FELLOWSHIP TODAY! Reflect on this Easter Sunday with family and friends. The children will sing on Youth Sunday along with their mothers and Youth Fellowship will participate in 4th Night Activities next Sunday Evening.

 

CHANGE IN WORK HOURS. Starting April 17, Victor Buadu will work Monday – Thursday from 4:15 – 9:15 p.m. He will not be available on Saturdays or Sundays.

 

SARAH CIRCLE meets this Tuesday, April 18 at 9:30 a.m. in the Parlor. Study Lessons 6 and 7.

 

COORDINATING TEAM OF WOMEN OF OVERBROOK meets Wednesday, April 19 at 2:00 p.m. in the Conference Room.

 

ATTENTION! - MEN’S BREAKFAST GROUP. Contrary to last weeks announcement, this group meets every other Wednesday regardless of how many Wednesdays fall in any given month. Therefore the next meeting is April 19 not April 12. Sorry for the error.

 

LISTENING ELDER FOR APRIL will be available for listening in the Narthex next Sunday. Feel welcome to convey to her any matter in our congregation’s life that you would like to have passed on to the Session.

APRIL 23 TAIZE SERVICE & 4TH NIGHT ACTIVITIES. Join us for this very spiritual uplifting Taize worship service beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Parlor. The L.I.F.T. Groups meet from 7:00 – 8:15 p.m. The Rev. Linda McClanahan leads the Horizons Bible Study and the Faith and Fiction group will be discussing “My Sister’s Keeper” by Jodi Picoult.
