THE MEN’S BREAKFAST GROUP will not meet on December 27. A new meeting place will be announced in January.

OPEN SHELTER NEEDS HELP. The deadline for the HELP and HOPE project was last Thursday and the items we had collected so far were taken to the Open Shelter. However the box will remain in the Narthex for your donations of items useful all year: new sweatshirts & T-shirts (men’s, women’s and children’s – in all sizes!); toiletries (travel sized bars of soap, shampoos, lotions, toothpastes, shaving cream), toothbrushes, combs & brushes, women’s feminine items, disposable razors).

NNEMAP FOOD PANTRY SENDS GREETING. During this joyous Christmas season, we write to you with grateful hearts for your faithful support of NNEMAP and the good work that NNEMAP has been able to do for our community. Let us take this opportunity to share with you our successes. NNEMAP is on target to serve more than 14,500 people for calendar year 2006 with emergency food assistance. We also distributed over 1,500 grooming kits over the last twelve months and distributed more than $1,000 in school supplies in August.

2007 OFFERING ENVELOPES are now available in the Narthex for those who indicated on their pledge cards that you wanted them. Extras may be available, check in the office.
