LENT SERIES STARTS IN MARCH.  Have you noticed the Lent Series poster in the narthex? Ash Wednesday, March 1, will be here before you know it. Last year’s series given by the late Dr. Walter Bouman is a hard act to follow. However, O.S.U. Professor, Dr. Sam Meier is a master teacher, scholar and speaker as well. His topic, “The Messiah in the Old Testament” promises to enhance our understanding of how the Old Testament describes the Messiah. We have our soup makers and setup & cleanup volunteers lined up and Susie Belknap will have a program for children from 7:15 – 8:15 p.m.
