JOYTIME TODAY is the responsibility of Session and next week the Finance Committee is responsible. Packets are inside Room 101 and should be picked up prior to your week so that you can familiarize yourselves with the lesson. We ask that each committee provide a small snack. Drinks are available in the Parlor kitchen.

THANK YOU FOR VOLUNTEERING. On Sunday, August 24, Overbrook hosts several members of General Assembly's National Health Ministries, as they present Parish Nurse Sue Mooney the Assembly's Elise Woodward Stutzer Award.  Sue will be recognized  in worship (9:30) and honored at a festive "bruncheon" at Overbrook at 10:30.  At this time we have enough volunteers signed up to help.

VALUABLE, LOVED & USED BOOKS - Friends of Overbrook Library invite you to stop by the library to look over our current collection. If you find a book you have enjoyed reading and find valuable – or if you think has particular value for the church, leave a note in Deb Bowsher’s mailbox. We’re working to improve the collection and need your advice.

TRINITY LUNCHES next Sunday, June 29 are the responsibility of the Fellowship and Finance Committees. Cookies are badly needed.

RAINFOREST ADVENTURE is the theme for Vacation Bible School - July 14-18 (Monday thru Friday), from 6 – 8 p.m. Registration forms are available in the Narthex—take some for neighborhood friends. Help us with craft projects by collecting paper towel rolls for one of the craft projects, leaving them in a box in the church office. Check out the rainforest on the Narthex bulletin board, but watch out for the frog!
