*CALL TO WORSHIP on Matthew 25:31-46/wrl
When have we
ever seen the Lord?
When we saw the hungry and fed them,
or
the thirsty and gave a drink.
When have we seen the
Lord?
When we saw the homeless and gave room,
or
the shivering and gave clothes.
When have we seen
the Lord?
When we stopped to visit the sick,
or
to go see those in prison.
And when we see the Lord,
We already receive eternal
reward!
*PROCESSIONAL HYMN # 551 Come,
Ye Thankful People, Come
*PSALM 100 The Book of Common Worship
Be joyful in
the Lord, all you lands;
serve the Lord with gladness
and come before God’s presence with a
song.
Know this: The
Lord alone is God;
We belong to the Lord, who made us,
we are God’s people and the sheep of
God’s pasture.
Enter God’s gates with thanksgiving;
go into the holy courts with praise;
Give thanks and call upon the name of the Lord.
For good is the Lord,
whose mercy is everlasting;
and whose faithfulness endures from age to age.
*THE PEACE
The peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
Peace be with you.
(worshipers exchange signs and words of
the peace of Christ)
